These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 8777cb online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications and services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 8777cb ("we", "us", "our", "8777cb", "the Operator").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on 8777cb, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator/license jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform as a natural person acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any other individual, company or entity;

• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, agent or affiliate of 8777cb or any of its associated entities;
• You are acting with your own funds and are not using funds derived from criminal activity;
• You do not have an existing Account on the Platform; duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

8777cb reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all wagers and forfeiture of any associated funds pending investigation.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

4.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address and/or mobile number;
• You must select a secure password and are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality;
• You must not create more than one Account — duplicate accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point during the life of your Account at our discretion, 8777cb may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC for Pakistani users);
• A recent proof of address document, dated within the previous three months;
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document;
• Proof of payment method ownership, where applicable.

8777cb reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC. Accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed may be closed and funds returned to the verified payment source where possible.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods listed as available in the 8777cb cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods may include certain mobile wallet services and bank transfer options familiar to users in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, where such methods are supported by the operator. 5.3 Currencies

• Each offer will specify applicable wagering/rollover requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts and expiry periods;
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise;
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds unless the Platform interface indicates otherwise;

• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging, low-risk staking patterns designed to exploit terms, multi-accounting or collusion, will result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings;

All wagers placed on 8777cb are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game type, as displayed on the relevant game or betting market page. The following general conditions apply to all betting activity:

• A bet is only valid once confirmed in writing by the Platform — confirmation screens or bet slips constitute the record of accepted bets;

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8777cb Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to appropriate authorities:

• Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games or any other competitive product;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, bugs or technical faults in the Platform software;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional terms, or coordinated staking to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds known or suspected to have been derived from criminal activity (money laundering);
• Providing false or misleading identity information at any stage of registration or verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited;
• Harassing, abusing or threatening other users or 8777cb staff through any communication channel.

All content on the 8777cb Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, imagery, audio and video content, and user interface design — is the proprietary intellectual property of 8777cb or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication or display of Platform content outside of this limited licence is prohibited without prior written consent from 8777cb.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8777cb and its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes;
• Technical failures, interruptions or errors affecting Platform availability;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Your reliance on any information, content or advice provided on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 8777cb's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8777cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where:

• The Account holder is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion;
• The Account holder is found to have provided false identity or verification information;
• Continued Account operation would expose 8777cb to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.

Users may also request voluntary Account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. Players exercising self-exclusion will be removed from all marketing communications and will be prevented from creating a new Account for the duration of the exclusion period. 8777cb is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform offers a suite of player-protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible within your Account settings.

8777cb does not provide services to individuals who have self-excluded. Any individual who circumvents a self-exclusion by opening a new account does so in breach of these Terms and any associated winnings will be void. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 8777cb holds its gaming licence, as stated in the operator's official licensing documentation. 8777cb is not licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), any provincial authority, or any Pakistani banking institution.

Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in the operator's applicable gaming licence. Users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent under the applicable governing law.

8777cb reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8777cb will provide reasonable notice via the Platform, by email to registered Account holders, or through an updated version date displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The version date at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last reviewed and updated.
